Arctic Properties is a Queensland based quality investment home builder.
Arctic Properties was formed in March 2010. It started with a clear mandate “to build quality investment homes throughout South East Queensland”, an investment home that will rent first and provide higher capital growth than the standard brick and tile investment home.
Arctic Properties recognised the shortage of rental housing in regional areas and quickly expanded to providing our quality investment homes to these regional areas throughout Queensland.
We have built and sold investment homes in Moranbah, Capella, Cloncurry, Clermont, Gladstone, Calliope, Emerald, Roma and other areas that have housing shortages brought on by the mining boom of Queensland.
The mining boom has given property investors a great opportunity to indirectly take advantage of the growth happening in these cash flow positive regional communities.
Arctic Properties builds through its construction arm, Arctic Constructions QBSA License Number 1181009.
Arctic Constructions is run by builders David Ham and Don Gates with a great office support team consisting of contracts administration, in house drafting and estimating.
Our in house drafting services allow us to refine our construction methods and plans to build in a more cost effective manner without compromising our quality investment homes and passing on these savings to our investor clients.
David and Don work hand in hand with Marcus Horne, General Manager of Arctic Properties. They are quick to identify unique investment opportunities that offer high yields with good historic growth patterns.
Marcus’ background as a Development Manager for Stockland, Australia’s largest residential property developer, has allowed him to develop relationships with not only some of Queensland’s biggest property developers, but also private developers whom have boutique estates in all regional areas of Queensland.
